The caption of this article, ''BE AWARE OF FIVERR'S FAKE TRAFFIC GENERATOR'', might appear

a bit weird but, Is it possible to get 300,000 visitors to your website for $10?

I conducted some research in this area. At fiverr.com, there have been some unrealistic offers of traffic, that Fiverr.com merchants are offering for just $10. Most of the dealers there have what seems to have $5 as a benchmark for a massive amount of traffic. And I think I must address this issue, to curb the number of people who would fall prey to this dubious virtual activity.

My goal and passion, since beginning blogging and content creation in 2017, has always been to inform, educate, and help as many people who care to listen, navigate and optimize their online activities for optimum results. To reach that end, I mustn't only tell you the optimal things to do but also inform you of the worst things you could do, that deplete the momentum you have gathered from the former.

So just like with each of my articles, if only you will be helped from falling for the activities of dubious virtual artisans from this post, I have succeeded. So let's dive in!

If you are looking for where to get traffic, and you are unaware of the rampant click fraud there is out there, then the most enticing place you would find is Fiverr.com. Many freelancers promise to give an insane amount of traffic to one's site, for too little money. Lots of affiliate marketers have had their excitement of initially thinking they have gotten a source of paying almost nothing for tons of traffic, turned into disappointment, as after getting tens and thousands of visitors sent to their site from Fiverr's merchant, non of it converted. As an example, I know of a specific affiliate that had 120,000 visitors sent to the affiliate marketing website, he is promoting their offers, in a month. However, not a single person converted. Several other people have had the same experience in which they sent 40,000 80,000 visitors with zero results. So, how exactly does this happen? I'm going to go into all of this and explain why the people who send the most traffic to an affiliate offer often don't get any results in terms of conversion. I'll explain how this works and what else you should be aware of when trying to get traffic or try to advertise on the Internet.

It is typical for anyone just beginning in affiliate marketing or any type of digital business, to be in desperate want of traffic, and is understandable; they need traffic. Without substantial traffic, anyone's affiliate and digital marketing careers are doomed! There are a lot of pitfalls when it comes to paid traffic sources, and there are a few things to think about when it comes to getting traffic. You most likely do not want to spend a lot of money or learn new skills. Right? So, how do you get traffic if you don't want to learn how to advertise or spend a lot of money?

Below is a screenshot of Fiverr.com's low-cost traffic.

You may find a never-ending stream of offers here. You can see on the first picture, as the merchant promises to send 500,000 visitors to his clients' site within 30 days, for just $5, a highly unrealistic thing! In the second picture, the merchant promises to send targeted and real 5,000 visitors for $5. Everyone who knows about traffic, also Knows that the US is the most expensive GEO to target and drive visitors, so to entice their prey, the merchant on the third section of the screenshot promises to send 2500 USA based traffic, with Low Bounce Rate, every day for 50 days. This will amount to 125,000 visitors at the end of 50 days, really unheard of in the world of buying traffic In the last upper left picture, we can see the traffic dealer, promises their clients, 3000 to 4000 US/Canada,(which are the top two most expensive locations to get traffic from) visitors every day, for 30 days, this will sum up to 90,000 to 120,000 visitors at the end of this period, and he is charging just $5. It's ridiculous, right?

Fake Traffic Ticket Is Cheap To Get

Almost all traffic from this site is simply spam or phony traffic. It's quite simple to create

phony website traffic; all you need is a computer and an internet connection with just a

computer and little money, as little as $25, you can get a virtual machine that can visit people sites, with a unique residential IP address and spends seconds there. So don't be surprised to see merchants on Fiverr offering tons of traffic for pennies, they got the device used in generating it for pennies too

Saving Your Business From Bot Traffic

The problem with false or bot traffic is that they won't buy anything from your site because they

aren't real, which is why advertising networks like Google, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter,

and others are so popular. This is because they have complete control over their guests.

You can be sure that when you advertise on YouTube, your ad will be seen by a real person since

Google has a deep understanding of all of the ways that individuals try to scam the system, and they

own these websites. They have a knack for figuring out what people are up to. Similarly, Facebook is

aware of all of the potential ways in which users may attempt to trick the system. However, the disadvantage of these networks is that they demand marketing skills or experience, which may be

taught in a reasonable amount of time, as well as money. For example, one might spend anywhere

from a dollar to four dollars per click on YouTube to drive traffic to their website. That's a substantial sum of money. So they are paying the same amount for one visitor as individuals are paying for 400,000 visitors on Fiverr, which is ridiculous. If you understand how traffic works and its value, then you will agree with me, that you will be better of spending $5 for one YouTube visitor than 300,000 visitors from Fiverr and the like. The rationale for this is that with a visitor from a reputable traffic source like Youtube, you stand a better chance of recouping your investment than getting thousands of phony traffic from Fiverr.

So, if you're interested in getting into marketing, I recommend you avoid buying traffic from sites

like Fiverr and instead concentrate on improving your marketing skills by utilizing some of the free

traffic strategies that can be learned from various places, like, online courses, paid seminars, and even

free blog articles, I promise you, the dividends will be worth the investment of time, effort, and

probably, money. However, steer clear from Fiverr.com traffic; even if there is genuine traffic from it,

the chances of receiving a fraudulent one are 99.9999 percent, so the odds are stacked against you.

Disclaimer: This article is not intended to diminish the value of Fiverr.com. Fiverr is a good service; I use it to find freelancers to outsource some virtual jobs that I either can't or don't have enough time to perform. However, just like any other platform, Fiverr has its share of bad actors, some of whom are traffic sellers; it is, therefore, my obligation to inform anyone who cares to listen about this.
